Every panel is laminated with PurLam / Eco-Pur hot-melt PUR — not wet resin, not liquid PU. Skins and cores swapped to the job. 96" fiberglass rolls in stock. Oversize: one continuous face. Tell us the span and the abuse. We will send a sample.
Hot-melt composites only. Constraint from the Eco-Pur deck: one continuous face on oversize panels (up to 108" wide × 35–40' long). No wet-resin constructions on this line.
